Dr. William Jean-Charles is a distinguished academic and professional, holding three doctorates: one in Education, one in Business Administration, and one in Theology. He also holds master’s degrees in Education, with a concentration in Leadership, and in Theology. This strong academic foundation enables him to blend theory and practice to create meaningful impacts in the fields of education, administration, and community development.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Jean-Charles has held key positions as an academic administrator, professor, and spiritual leader. He successfully led educational institutions such as the Adventist College of Cap-Haïtien, where he oversaw academic and administrative operations while developing innovative pedagogical strategies. He has also taught in various school districts and university institutions in Canada and the United States, implementing adaptive and inspiring teaching methods.
As a senior pastor within Adventist churches in Florida and Texas, he has demonstrated exemplary leadership by coordinating community activities, providing spiritual and emotional support, and effectively managing financial and human resources. His initiatives have strengthened social cohesion and promoted core values within diverse communities.
A polyglot (English, French, and Haitian Creole), Dr. Jean-Charles thrives in multicultural environments.
