Dr Amstrong Joseph JEAN-CHARLES

Dr. Amstrong Joseph JEAN-CHARLES is an experienced and versatile professional with over 25 years of expertise in management, administration, humanitarian project supervision, and academic mentoring. His expertise spans key areas such as complex project management, school nutrition, strategic planning, and higher education.
He has led large-scale national initiatives in Haiti, including school feeding programs in partnership with the World Bank and the World Food Programme (WFP), benefiting over 40,000 students in the Northern, Southern, and Artibonite departments. As Director of the Caracol Industrial Park, he oversees the implementation of economic development strategies and ensures coordination with key stakeholders.
Dr. Amstrong is also a passionate educator, teaching at several universities in Haiti, where he shares his knowledge in project management, research methodology, and financial analysis. He has supervised numerous master’s theses, contributing to the training of future leaders in finance, human resources, and education.
With a strong academic background, including three doctorates (Business Administration, Political Science, and Education) as well as master’s degrees in Education and Sociology, Dr. Amstrong brings a unique combination of practical and theoretical expertise, reinforced by an exceptional ability to establish multi-sectoral partnerships.
He is recognized for his strategic leadership, ability to innovate in complex environments, and commitment to sustainable development and education in Haiti.
